Law No. 21,595 gives us the opportunity to make this essential tool available to all our employees, contractors, suppliers, companies, groups, and anyone interested in our Company’s activities, so that they can report conduct that, in the opinion of the law, may be considered improper.

This REPORTING CHANNEL, which we make available to the community in accordance with the law, is an integral part of the Las Cenizas Mining Groups Crime Prevention Model, based on the company’s Corporate Values, Code of Ethics, and Internal Regulations.

We invite you to use it within the terms established by law.

Who should use the Reporting Channel?

  • Employees, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, among others.

What does the Reporting Channel contribute to the community?

  • Provides the possibility of reporting to the person responsible for the Crime Prevention Model of the Las Cenizas Mining Group any conduct that is considered illegal, inappropriate, or suspected of fraud, harassment, or violation of our internal policies.

Confidentiality and Identity Protection Guarantees

  • The seriousness, security, and responsibility of processing and responding to reports is guaranteed by the data management conducted by the Fundación Generación Empresarial (FGE), a non-profit organization with proven experience in the administration of reporting channels.
  • Anyone who reports to the Reporting Channel can feel confident that all reports will be treated with the utmost respect and professionalism in complete confidentiality.
  • The option to make anonymous reports guarantees that your identity will not be revealed at any time.

  • This Channel should not be used to report situations or events that pose an immediate threat to human life or property damage.
  • Reports submitted through the REPORTING CHANNEL require a procedural analysis that takes time to complete.
  • Reports do not receive an immediate response.
  • The REPORTING CHANNEL has a module for tracking your report.
