The healthcare facility inaugurated a new Information, Complaints, and Suggestions Office (Information and Customer Service Office (OIRS)) with the company’s contribution.
The office will strengthen the link between healthcare institutions and the community. It was opened together with the Breastfeeding Room.
During the event, the facility acknowledged the ongoing contribution of Las Cenizas Mining Group and the company’s dedication to significant community concerns, particularly in the area of health.
Andrés Monardes, the Operations Manager at the site, expressed his gratitude for the recognition. “We are motivated to be part of the community. As neighbors engaged in daily community life, we recognize that health is fundamental to the quality of community life.”
